Prices and conditions differ from shop to shop. These are worth asking before you decide.
How much do delivery and setup cost? Does delivery come into the room, and is assembly included?
Will you take away my old piano or keyboard, and at what cost?
How long is the warranty and what does it cover? If something breaks, does a technician come to me, or must it be sent away?
For a display model: is there a discount, does the full warranty apply, and is everything included (pedals, bench, music rest, power adapter, manual)?
Will the box fit through my doors, corners, stairs and lift? (Bring the measurements.)
Is it in stock, and how long until it arrives?
Can I have a written quote for the total, including delivery and setup?
